The STATE OF OCEANA, the owner of the present Website www.estadodeoceana.org, through a mercantile company is an independent State, not recognized by any other State or international organization, except for the acknowledgment of receipt of its Declaration of Independence by the Government of Spain, it is provided with a self-proclaimed Government and submitted voluntarily to the international law and to the law of all the countries in which it acts o could act in the future. The STATE OF OCEANA aims to diffuse, promote and implement its national sovereignty, such as foment the historical, geographical, educative and cultural investigation on ancient territories of Spain in Oceania.

“User”.- It is understood as User the person who, anonymously logs in the Website www.estadodeoceana.org or the person who provides personal information to the State of Oceana through contact forms.

“Content”.- Every information, activities, products or different services, from the Group or from other people, that are offered by the Web Site www.estadodeoceana.org.

The Service offered by the STATE OF OCEANA through the present Website is a service for the Users that can have access, in a free way, to different contents and information about the activities, archive, products and services offered by the STATE OF OCEANA. Likewise, Users can have information about news related to the STATE OF OCEANA. Also the capture of donations and sponsors, according to Spanish law, such as the exploitation of products with commercial ends under the registered mark STATE OF OCEANA.

The information offered by the Users through the application forms of the Website or, through emails to the contact directions, will be used by the STATE OF OCEANA to give, by any way, the requested information.

Al least, we inform you that the STATE OF OCEANA  will cancel, delete and/or block User´s data when they are inaccurate, incomplete o are not necessaries or relevant for their end, in accordance with the legislation on data protection.
